Accufarm will provide reasonable support via phone and email to help resolve any customer technical difficulties with our shopping cart software. Customers are expected to watch thier transaction on thier credit card statement.

YOU MUST CALL 403-934-6444 PRIOR TO SHIPPING FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. ITEMS RECEIVED WITHOUT THE RA NUMBER WRITTEN CLEARLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX WILL BE REFUSED AT DELIVERY.

Make sure to include your receipt (or copy) with your return.

Any cost associated with returning an item will be the responsibility of the customer.

Modems, USB cables, Software Discs, and other returned hardware must be in brand new condition. Items that are damaged, worn, scratched, etc. will not be accepted.

Accufarm is not responsible for customer returns that are not received. It is recommended that tracked shipping via UPS or FedEx is used when returning items.
